bet10 is required by law and regulatory obligation to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
bet10 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation.
All transactions on the bet10 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bet10 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
